This Journey That's Called Life

Where two roads meet

100 Days of Happiness – Day 7

on April 21, 2016

The weather was lovely today! For the first time this year, I was able to dry the laundry outdoors, which is so much nicer than indoors. I just love the smell of the fresh clothes, dried by the spring wind. The small change in temperature today made me excited to work in the garden. I can’t do much at the moment, as we’re planning to redo our garden next month, so I bought some flowers for a flower basket and the front garden. If I finish my article tomorrow, I hope to start planting a bunch of seeds my sister in law gave me. Hopefully I’ll have a wonderful herb garden in a few weeks!

  1. There really is nothing like spring to brighten us up inside and out!

Sounds like the good life – laundry outside, I love that moment better each year. You’d think it would get boring, but no… no, no… It’s quicker (if you cannot run your washing machine and dryer at the same time). Better. Cheaper. Better for the environment.

Keep us posted on the garden… with pics… (gives me an excuse to stay behind my computer and neglect the fantastic gardening weather…).
